Welcome to Baby Bee. By creating an account or using the app, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

What Baby Bee is

Baby Bee is an app for couples to choose their baby's name together: you create a «baby» (board), see names, vote and discover the names you both like. It is a decision-support tool: the final choice is always yours.

Account and eligibility

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a contract.
• You are responsible for keeping access to your account and for what happens on it.
• The information you provide must be true and current.

Acceptable use

When using Baby Bee, you agree not to:

• use the service for illegal or abusive purposes;
• try to access other people's accounts or data without authorization;
• disrupt, overload or attempt to compromise the operation of the app;
• copy, resell or exploit the service without our written authorization.

Your content

The names, votes and lists you create are yours. You grant us only the license necessary to host and operate the service on your behalf (for example, showing the names to the partner you invited). We do not use your content for anything else.

Payments

Some features may require a one-time payment (for example, unlocking a baby). Where applicable:

• prices and what is included are shown before purchase;
• the unlock is a one-time payment, not a subscription; there are no recurring charges;
• because this is digital content made available immediately, a refund may not be due, except where the law requires it;
• payment processing is handled by an external provider; we do not store your card details.

Availability and warranties

We do our best to keep Baby Bee running, but the service is provided «as is», with no guarantees of uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from the use (or inability to use) the service. Nothing in these terms excludes liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from settings. We may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Portuguese law. Disputes will be settled by the competent courts in Portugal, without prejudice to the rights that consumer law grants you.

Changes

We may update these terms. Significant changes will be announced in the app. The date at the top shows the last update.
